SOMETIMES churches struggle to find people to take on key roles, but not at Kilmonivaig, which sits just below the Commando Memorial and serves a parish covering Spean Bridge, Roybridge and surrounding areas.
On Sunday March 4, the existing Kirk Session of six elders was joined by eight new members. The congregation enjoyed the celebration as six people were newly ordained and two who have previously been elders elsewhere were added to the group.
The church hall has recently been refurbished with funding from Highland LEADER and an official opening took place on the afternoon of Sunday March 4.
