LOCH Lomond and the Trossachs National Park has appointed six new members to its board.
The national park board of 17 is made up of five members who are elected by the community and 12 who are appointed by Scottish ministers. Six of these appointments are made following nomination by the local authorities, and all six of these local authority appointments are changing as a result of the council elections on May 4.
The national park board agrees the overall direction of the national park authority and oversees the work of the chief executive and staff.
