SCOTLAND’S only charity-funded air ambulance is looking for help from Santa to boost its festive fundraising.
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA), which operates regularly in the Oban area, has produced a Christmas card featuring the chopper flying to the aid of an injured Santa after his sleigh ploughs into a snow drift. SCAA chief executive David Craig hopes the cartoon card will have widespread appeal.
He said: ‘Our vital work is serious and extremely demanding but the card is a bit of festive fun and shows that the SCAA is there for everyone – even Santa.’
