1. Child’s Pose


Starting in Child’s Pose, sit back onto your heels. Knees can be together or apart. Extend the arms out in front of you and as you exhale, soften and fold and let the forehead come towards the ground. Take a few moments here to settle the breath and notice how you are feeling today.
