TRAINING DAY MENU
This daily menu will see you through a training day, providing you with everything needed to keep you on top of your game, although as everyone knows… swimming is no game!
BREAKFAST: MANGO, BLUEBERRY & TOFU SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS: ½ cup of frozen mango ½ cup of frozen blueberries 1 frozen sliced banana 50g tofu ½ cup almond milk or coconut water
INSTRUCTIONS: 1 Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, like ice cream, and pour into a bowl.
