In 2019 the team behind the global success that is Long Course Weekend bring something new to the breath-taking Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in Wales. Starting on the clif tops above Freshwater East the race will move eastward taking in Manorbier, Lydstep, Tenby and end in Amroth Village. All running will be of road following the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path with three feed stations positioned on the route and all swims will be covered by comprehensive swim safety. With plenty of unique touches, this race to beat the tide will be like no other swimrun experience.
