We’re here; we made it. Summer is finally upon us, and with it, comes warmer, longer days and a well deserved holiday. For most of us this is a time to completely turn of – and rightly so, you’ve worked hard for this break. However, changing things up and having a healthy holiday that includes the odd workout here and there is not a bad thing.
So that’s what we’ve got for you: an easy to do holiday workout. Provided you have adequate space, you should be able to do this workout almost anywhere. It’s entirely free of equipment and should only take 17 minutes, consisting of five heart-raising exercises that will get your pulse up, to help tone your body.
