Q I don’t know what to do about my adult son. He does not seem to care about himself, his job or his health. He binge-drinks all weekend, and I strongly suspect uses cocaine. He works, but he was educated to a high level and I believe he could achieve more. He is overweight and shows no responsibility for his actions, although he is riddled with guilt and self-loathing.
