The simple basics make the biggest difference to skin health: water, sleep and a decent diet. On the flip side, alcohol, prolonged sun exposure and excessive travel wear my skin down. There is a lot of wild salmon where I grew up in Vancouver, Canada, and I do believe it’s amazing for the skin.
