Q I’m finding lately that I get really wound up when faced with people’s prejudices and intolerant views. World events make everything seem quite bleak with regards to this. The problem is, even though I understand that you can’t change people’s views and you won’t see eye to eye with everyone, I find it hard nowadays to let it go and focus on just being the best person I can be. I can’t help but want everyone who’s being judgemental to realise they’re in the wrong. How can I move on from this way of thinking? I wonder if the only person who’s going to end up miserable is me.
