It’s hard not to fall in love with the rich tones of this yarn, like the deep pink of the Cherry Sorbet shown here, but when you set eyes on the natural options in the range, too, you’ll find yourself making space in your stash before you can say “under £4 a ball?”. The blend of fibres, spun together in a plump twist, create an almost-fuzzy yarn that lends itself expertly to multi-colour makes while keeping a crisp stitch definition that’s calling out for some cables, ribbing and bobbles. It’s worth hand washing this yarn. www.woolwarehouse.co.uk
