Cheat by using orange flavoured dark chocolate instead of zest
Chocolate Orange Tart with Passion fruit

Serves 8-10 | Prep 30 mins + freezing time
INGREDIENTS
For the base
• 100g (3½oz) dates
• 100g (3½oz) cashews
• 100g (3½oz) almonds
• 50ml (1½floz) coconut oil, melted
• 50g (1¾oz) cacao powder
• ¼ tsp sea salt
For the filling
• 300g (10½oz) dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp unwaxed grated orange zest, plus extra for topping
• 800ml (27floz) tinned full fat coconut milk, chilled for 4 hours
• 3 passionfruits, plus extra for decoration (optional)
METHOD
1 Start by making the base: Soak the dates in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain well and squeeze out any excess water.
2 Pop the cashews, almonds and sea salt in a blender for 20 seconds, then add the soaked dates and cacao powder, blend for 30 seconds then add the melted coconut oil and blend for a further 10 seconds. (You might have to scrape down the sides of the blender throughout the process.)
