Things had started so well. I’d joined a gym, signed up to pay monthly and felt sure my life was going to transform. Then, after I’d gone just a handful of times, I started finding reasons to get out of it. I was too busy, too tired or not in the mood. I’d sheepishly hurry past the gym entrance on the way home from work, promising myself I’d go next week. If I was honest, though, I’d rather be anywhere but inside that gym.
