4 medium pears, halved, cored and thickly sliced
2 level tbsp sweetener
¼ tsp mixed spice or ground allspice
Juice of ½ medium orange
2 x 39g chilled Jus-Rol Filo Sheets
Low-calorie cooking spray
¼ level tsp icing sugar, to decorate
1 Preheat your oven to 190°C/ fan 170°C/gas 5. Place the pears, sweetener, mixed spice or ground allspice and orange juice in a wide, non-stick saucepan. Cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, or until the pears are just tender. Transfer to a medium, shallow pie dish and leave to cool.
2 Lightly spray the pastry sheets with low-calorie cooking spray and gently scrunch them up a little to cover the top of the pie. Spray with a little more low-calorie cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden. Remove from the oven, dust with the icing sugar and divide between 6 bowls.
