THREE - PART PAINTINGS
When we observe green we think we see one flat green hue, but that’s never the case. A scene painted using a single green will always look flat, no matter what you do to it. Greens change constantly, not only in hue but in tone and value as well and you should strive to achieve these colour shifts to make your painting look convincing and natural.
