As a self-confessed chocoholic, this time of year is even better than Christmas when it comes to tasty seasonal eats in my book! And this year, I’m absolutely hopping for joy to discover the supermarket shelves heaving with choice for vegans. Brands have well and truly upped their game with the launch of creative and exciting new flavours where previously we were limited to a selection of plain, dark chocolate eggs. These days we have a rainbow of flavours to choose from, including strawberry and white chocolate, salted caramel and even silky smooth milk chocolate!
However, whilst these eggs might be tasty they do come packaged in layers of unnecessary plastic, so if you’re looking to cut down on waste then fear not as we have plenty of recipes for you to make your own at home (from page 12).
