Don’t you just feel more alive at this time of year? Maybe it’s the extra vitamin D, but I just love it when summer properly begins. I recently spent a few days in Thessaloniki, Greece, and was thrilled at how vegan-friendly it was. Not only were there city-centre vegan and vegetarian restaurants, traditional Greek food lends itself very well to being plantbased, so it was great to enjoy some more authentic meals as well. If you’re looking for a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of sun – I very much recommend Greece’s second city. Here’s what I’ve been loving this month…
