There’s nothing worse than starting your day on an empty stomach, whether you happen to follow a plant-based diet or otherwise. Set yourself up for success with these perfect breakfast ideas: Overnight Oats – Soak a cup of oats in a cup of soya yoghurt and add into the mix a variety of nuts, seeds, dried fruits and nut butters. There’s an endless number of possible combinations to try, and lavours as diverse as your imagination. These are great to prepare in advance and will last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Simple Substitute Pastries – Jus Rol do fantastic accidentally vegan plain croissants! You can also buy vegan and organic frozen pastries from Ocado, including a vegan pain au chocolat and wholewheat spelt croissants.
