Make the most of fresh seasonal vegetables during the holiday period

Raspberry, blackberry, peach, almond butter and yoghurt smoothie

125g (1 cup) BerryWorld raspberries

150g (1½ cups) BerryWorld blackberries

1 peach

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 Put a handful of raspberries, a handful of blackberries and a chopped peach into a blender or smoothie maker.

2 Add a dollop of almond butter and a dollop of coconut yoghurt, then whizz until smooth. Add a little water or plant milk if it’s too thick.

Courgette, fennel and kohlrabi salad
