WHEN A CAR is updated, we often refer to those changes as a ‘facelift’, but in the case of the 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia, that metaphor might be a touch too strong. Perhaps ‘makeover’ would be more appropriate? After all, you have to look pretty closely at the revised Giulia to notice that it now features a slightly more aggressive front grille, new adaptive Matrix LED headlights and more angular rear lights.
