WE WOULDN’T BLAME you if your first reaction while reading about the new Smart #3 is “Why isn’t it called the Hashtag Two?”. After all, it’s the follow-up to the #1 electric SUV. Well, technically, the Two (or Fortwo) is the tiny, twoseat city car with which Smart made its name, but we still understand if it seems as though the brand has skipped a chapter.
