COLEEN’S CRISIS, IS SHE READY TO QUIT?
Coleen Nolan has been warned that her desperate plight to get healthy and lose weight could end in failure, because there is one huge obstacle standing in her way. As part of her very public new lifestyle overhaul, she’s promised to quit her 35-a-day smoking habit, but experts are now fearing that she might be taking on too much. ‘People can get very enthusiastic when it comes to a big life change,’ GP Dr Roger Henderson explained. ‘But I would always advise them to concentrate on quitting smoking first. By all means eat healthily and exercise, but changing everything at once means people often fail because the stress gets too much.’
