Last year, a report by the British Heart Foundation revealed that 39 per cent of UK adults are failing to meet Government guidelines for physical activity. That’s 20 million adults in the UK who are classified as physically inactive. How terrifying is that?
Up until compiling this issue, I found this hard to comprehend – a couple of runs, a gym session and a few brisk walks to the tube station and I’ve soon totted up my 150 recommended minutes each week. How hard can it be?
