After a spring of cancelled races and weeks of lockdown, some runners have found it difficult to motivate themselves to get out for more than a few miles, if at all.
Though it remains to be seen if the autumn race season goes ahead as many hope, it would be smart to add some structure into your running again and start working towards building your mileage again.
