Why I won’t use the phrase ‘post-baby PB’

The term ‘post-baby PB’ is a phrase I don’t use in setting my goals. I know that many mums find it a motivator and a way to acknowledge that their body has been through something huge that will have an enormous impact on their running. But I feel limited by it. I feel as though I’d be giving up on ever running a true PB again and that any achievements prefixed with ‘post-baby’ will be bittersweet reminders that I’m not as fast as I once was.
