Find the right Fitzcarraldo

A new prize has been launched for unpublished writers called The Fitzcarraldo Editions Essay Prize.

An Arts Council grant has enabled an award of £3,000 for the best proposal for a book-length essay by an unpublished writer living in the UK or Ireland.

Submissions opened on 1 January, and there is a 15 March deadline with the winner being announced in May.
