The Prole Laureate Poetry Competition is open for entries for the 2016 contest. This year’s judge is Macdara Woods.
The competition is for poems written in the spirit of Prole magazine: engaging, accessible, entertaining and challenging. The winner will receive £200. Two runners up will each receive £50. The three winners will be published in Prole 22 in April 2017, and online.
There are no restrictions on length, style, or content. All poems must be original and unpublished. Entries will be anonymised before being sent to the judge.
