Silhouette Press is a not-for profit social enterprise publisher set up in 2012 by Adam Steiner and Gary Sykes-Blythe.
‘That was very much about making our stance in the publishing world,’ said Adam. ‘The alternative is a relentless grind of (unpaid!) internships with the big five who own almost everything, or with one of the many indie micro-publishers who struggle themselves. So, we did our own thing, our own way, starting with Here Comes Everyone, a themed, bimonthly magazine aimed at being open to the next generations of writers, and publishing beyond literature; including poetry, fiction, non-fiction and artwork.’
