As I sit and write this month’s letter, it feels
like lifetime ago that I packed up my
office desk and set up for WFH life.
Since then, we’ve had to adjust our lives
significantly and we may have found we need to
do a complete lifestyle reset to get up and running
again. Face masks are becoming a normal part
of our shopping ensembles and in place to keep
us safe, but are they covering up a new type of skin
concern? Turn to page six to discover how to combat
maskne and keep your complexion bright and healthy. And, the time we
spend at home can mean more distractions than usual – hello hours of
scrolling through Insta. If your family are head down in their phones during
dinner, it might be time to take a break from your devices. Head to page 18
to take our digital detox quiz – the results may surprise you! Here at H&W
we also know that it’s easier to get out and about when the sun is shining.
If you’re anything like this team, then there will have been #walktowellbeings
galore over summer! But, as the nights begin to draw in, the weather starts
to cool down and the gyms ease back open, you may find yourself falling
out of favour with your fitness routine. Over on page 22 we’ve got seven
great hacks to help you get on track again.
And it’s not just your workout schedule that
could have been thrown off kilter this
year, the whole biorhythm of your
body might need a reboot too. Flick
to page 95 to discover how to
sync your body clock back into
a regular routine. Whatever you
find yourself needing this month,
I hope we have it covered – go
gently and happy reading.
