If all we needed was a meal plan, gym membership and workout plan to get the health and fitness results we wanted then most of us should already have that goal by now, right? Unfortunately for most, we don’t, because we are creatures of habit. So how can we change some habits for the better? I used to think that a funky motivational quote or video would be enough to encourage change for my health and wellbeing, but that only goes so far.
How do we teach people to evoke real, serious change in their lives and then sustain that change over a long period of time without going back to our old habits?
