Courses for curious foodies
The College of Naturopathic Medicine [CNM] is the UK’s largest training provider in natural health therapies. As well as career training courses, they also offer a wide range of short courses to inspire healthier living. Many of these are food related, as Olivier Sanchez, nutritionist and lecturer on CNM’s Natural Chef course explains: “The food choices we make every day impact our body and mind. With more and more highly processed foods in our diets, our bodies do not receive the nutrients they need to sustain good health. Additionally, how foods are prepared and cooked affects their nutritional value.” CNM short courses are available in nutrition, cooking, herbs, homeopathy, food photography, weight loss, kinesiology, skincare and more. The short courses are available at CNM London, but CNM has 10 colleges across the UK and Ireland where you can train for a successful and rewarding career as a natural health practitioner, helping yourself and others to better health. Depending on location, you can study part time to become a nutritionist, herbalist, acupuncturist, naturopath, homeopath or a CNM Natural Chef. To find out more visit naturopathy-uk.com.
