Rhu Strand of Pimp My Cake With Mama Rhu, Best in Show winner at Cake International, shows you how to make a cute angel topper with full step-by-step instructions on page 52 Look out for Karen Keaney’s Festive Fairy House using RKT and Karen’s favourite chocolate biscuit cake recipe on page 42. Lindy Smith, my all time favourite and such a nice person, spoke to me for our new series of ‘Inspiring Women’ on page 34.
