DIRECT ACTION!
This month I found myself asking questions in regards to the direction Raider has taken over the last year or two, and as to whether the direction taken, is the direction best for the magazine. As those of you who’ve read Raider from the start will know, the magazine was spawned due to us thinking our boys and girls in the Armed Forces needed a no nonsense, truthful and insightful magazine that gave them the information they needed, as well as giving them a magazine they could read whilst in theatre in a bid to take their mind off of the looming danger of battle.

When putting together Direct Action this month, the sheer amount of good features to use was mind boggling, and as to not miss the chance to report on some interesting topics, we simply featured it all! So this month, you’ll be seeing a lot more Direct Action than usual, but that doesn’t mean we’ve skimped on the other articles that make Raider the magazine it is today, because you’ll still find said articles adorning the pages of Raider.
You’ll also find some articles this month have a little Christmas cheer thrown in, and whilst it may be a bit premature, the world of publishing is a funny one, and I find myself working on Christmas articles in October. But is it ever too early to start thinking of Christmas gifts for the family? I think not!
So from everyone here at Raider, we’d like to wish you a premature Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

Raider

very good Reviewed 11 June 2020

Great Military Magazine

This is a great military mag, my only complaint is the amount of gear reviews, but for coverage of British and Western military, predominately European Army's this mag is the best there is. Reviewed 01 October 2018
