FLUID THINKING

FLUID THINKING Water is not only good for keeping you hydrated, regulating metabolism and boosting mental function, it could also help you make healthier food choices. Making positive food choices at work requires careful planning which is often disrupted by offi ce ‘food altars’ – places in which sugary treats, meeting leftovers and birthday cake are put out.
