The editors of Unsettling Reads call themselves ‘Just a couple of perfectly nice women and their slightly disturbing reading habits’.
They like to produce somewhat offbeat anthologies and their latest is ‘inspired by an earworm from the 1978 film, Grease’, reimagined as Summer Bludgeon. They want writing which ‘highlights the dark corners of our hearts. Pull back the curtain and show us people at odds, broken relationships, love gone wrong.’
