Our canine hero of the issue this month has to be black Labrador Oliver — a justice facility dog and the first of his kind in the UK. This amazing canine works within the criminal justice system, providing calmness and companionship to vulnerable witnesses and victims during procedures such as police interviews — just another example of dogs as a power for good.
