Spring is traditionally a time for new beginnings
– and after the couple of years we’ve all had, I’d
say we deserve a fresh start! For me that (finally!)
involves food-fuelled travel to my favourite British
spots, getting stuck into the lush ingredients just
coming into season and, most importantly, sharing
good food and drink with the people I love.
