PLANT BARE ROOT ROSES
How do you take care of Roses in autumn and winter. Well, Anne Swithinbank explains how to keep roses looking good as the days grow shorter. One of her tips is to plant bare-rooted roses from autumn to spring. The point where the variety was budded on to the stock must be just below soil level, but 3in (7.5cm) deeper in colder regions.
