A set dedicated to the 1984 story Resurrection of the Daleks was exclusively sold by Forbidden Planet in 2011. Alongside a Fifth Doctor figure, the pack included the version of Davros pictured far right, the black-and-white Supreme Dalek (right) and the grey-and-black Dalek pictured below right.
The blue-tinged Dalek with orange head lamps (below left) was also based on a prop seen in Resurrection. This figure was issued alongside a variant Fifth Doctor in a twin-pack that was exclusive to Toys R Us in 2013.
