Commercial portrait photography is a tough, competitive business, so inside, we get three successful portrait professionals to share their knowledge as well as pass on tips to help you stand out. First we speak to Anna Fowler, who is a London based portrait, lingerie and wedding photographer whose business has grown exponentially in only a few years. She has spent ten years in front of the camera and is an experienced television presenter. Secondly we have Brian Rolfe, a fashion, beauty and portrait photographer based just outside London. His big influences are Peter Lindbergh, Patrick Demarchelier and Herb Ritts, and his classic, timeless portraits are in steady demand. Finally we talk to Woland, a beauty and haute couture photographer, who has been based in London since 2012. His high-profile roster of clients include Elle, V Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Wonderland and Playboy.
