Apple Fitness+ is finally launching Apple Watch news
By the time you read this, Apple will have launched its new Fitness+ service, built around Apple Watch. Apple Fitness+ brings studio-style workouts to iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. The workouts use metrics from Apple Watch to track your progress. Apple Fitness+ has ten popular workout types, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, Cycling, Treadmill, Rowing, and Mindful Cooldown, led by a phenomenal team of trainers. Apple Fitness+ requires iOS 14.3, watchOS 7.2, iPadOS 14.3, or tvOS 14.3 to work. Look out for a Fitness+ tab in the Fitness app on your iPhone.
