There’s no doubting how impressive a rendered property can look with its clean, crisp finish, notable in contemporary homes to highlight architectural contours and with a lime content in traditional buildings to allow walls to breathe. Sand and cement render has been around for years, while modern materials contain mineral, acrylic and silicone, which helps to improve damp resistance, colour fade, weather protection and application times.
