THROUGHOUT Argyll and Bute, more and more people with mental health issues receive community rather than hospital care.
Caring for people away from the hospital setting is a Scottish government policy called Balance of Care. It ensures that patients can be cared for in a more homely setting when clinically appropriate.
The Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is planning to carry out a review of community mental health services.
