How do I update PowerShell?

Q Computeractive has been helping me with my computer problems for many years, but recently I’ve been stumped by a message that keeps appearing in Windows 11 PowerShell. This tells me I should update by going to https://aka.ms/PSWindows. It then adds ‘PS C:\Users\JohnM’. Can you tell me what I have to do here?
