Digital Camera readers show how they’ve been getting creative, submitting images across a range of genres

1 ‘Kingfisher’ by Daniel Boland

“This is a beautiful female kingfisher (Alcedo atthis) on a stone. I love the way the dreamy, out-of-focus background draws the viewer’s attention to the bird.” Instagram: @danielboland79

Digital Camera says: It’s a lovely colour palette, with the muted background enhancing the striking appearance of the kingfisher. The peculiar round stone adds an extra item of interest.
