Intergenerational conversations
Communication and connection across generations is such an important aspect of community. To spark dialogue between different age groups, we asked DIVA readers aged 25 and under to send us their dilemmas so that DIVAs over 40 could offer some sage advice.

Look to your friends and ask for support in celebrating other events. One of my mentors always asks me, "What was your victory this week?’ Small victories – like self-care, meditation, creating a healthy habit or feeling like you did a good job on a project – can and should be celebrated. Choosing to talk to yourself positively instead of tearing yourself down is essential.”
