My first memory of Bill Murray is my eighth birthday. I think there was a puppeteer with marionettes. I don’t totally remember. What I do remember is that during a quiet moment, Bill emerged from the bathroom with a flat expression on his face and his boxers on his head. People were delighted. I’ve thought about that moment a lot.
