50ml Midori or other melon liqueur
25ml vodka
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice,
plus a twist of peel to garnish
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice soda water,
to taste
Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour in the Midori, vodka and citrus juices. Stir, then top up with soda water to taste. Garnish with a lime peel twist, then serve.
