PICK a PECK of Peppers

If I had to choose just one vegetable to grow, it would be a pepper. Peppers are consistently one of my favorite garden staples and with good reason: From a culinary standpoint, they’re hard to beat. They provide flavor and heat to any dish and are represented in many spices and blends.
