MON After sorting my horses, I start the week in the gym with my PT, while it’s my husband Kyle’s turn for the school run. Once I’m home I get the dogs walked, then take the horses for their weekly aqua treadmill at Tockenham spa. My work is varied but busy and I work through until 4.30pm, when mummy duties take over. I pick the kids up from clubs and do their evening routine, then muck out the horses and check them over, have a quick dinner and get to bed. Mondays are extra crazy in this household!
TUE I’m on the school run this morning and when I get back home, I check the horses and poo-pick while the dogs run around the yard. In the office, I crack on with emails, website changes and updates. I keep Tuesday afternoons free for meetings, so spend hours on Zoom talking through changes or updates on projects we’re working on. There are no after-school clubs on a Tuesday, so it’s our evening of rest, some family time and a homecooked meal.
